VENUE VENDOR REQUIREMENTS AND INFORMATION
All service providers must review the Hidden View Farm Vendor Letter in its entirety before the wedding. Please also share the document and this webpage with every member of your team who will be working onsite.

Event-specific arrival times and service information will be included in the final timeline. All site visits, deliveries, setup times, and pickups must be coordinated with Jessica and Hidden View Farm in advance.

PROPERTY MAP
The Map of Grounds is not drawn to scale and does not include all the beautiful areas on the grounds. This should be used only as a general overview of the property and the approximate locations of its major areas. Do not use the map to determine where to park, unload, make a delivery, or drive once onsite. Brian will provide the appropriate directions based on each vehicle and delivery upon arrival.

DISTANCES
The complete driveway from the property entrance is approximately 0.5 miles long. The distance from guest parking to the ceremony area is approximately 0.2 miles; the reception tent will be placed behind the ceremony area, and the distance from the reception area back to parking is approximately 0.2 miles. Please plan accordingly when transporting equipment or moving between event spaces.

USE OF VENUE AND INCLUDED AREAS
The wedding-day locations are currently planned as follows:

• Ceremony: The Meadow below the Reception Tent

• Cocktail Hour: Angel Garden and Aquatic Garden

• Reception: Reception Tent at The Meadow

The venue contract also identifies South River Meadow, the Amish Barn, the Poultry Palace Bathrooms, and the Secret Garden as included guest areas. Brian’s current event-specific direction is that the ceremony will take place in the meadow below the reception tent.

The residences located on the property are private. Service providers should enter only the event spaces needed for their services or areas specifically opened or approved by Hidden View Farm.

PARKING, ARRIVAL, AND UNLOADING
There is one main driveway entrance to the property. Every service provider, including delivery-only providers and pickup teams, must call Brian at (864) 617-6897 upon arrival and before unloading or parking. Final instructions will depend on the vehicle, equipment, and delivery needs.

• Service providers working at the Manor House should drive to the front of the house, unload promptly, and then move the vehicle to the location provided by the venue.

• Service providers delivering to the ceremony meadow or reception tent should stop on the driveway near the tent, unload promptly, and then move the vehicle.

• Delivery-only providers must call Brian before unloading because the correct delivery point will depend on what is being delivered.

• Final service-provider parking will be determined upon arrival based on the type and size of the vehicle.

• Do not drive or park on the grass.

• Please unload as efficiently as possible so the driveway remains clear.

Hidden View Farm provides driveway control and guest-parking guidance. The venue team will arrive approximately 90 minutes before the scheduled event start and will be in position approximately one hour before the event begins. Directed field parking is available for up to 100 guest vehicles.

TENT DELIVERY AND PICKUP
ABC Party & Tent Rental will complete the tent delivery and setup on Friday and return for pickup on Monday.

For delivery, ABC should enter through the main entrance, proceed up the driveway, and position its truck on the driveway while unloading. All equipment should be unloaded before setup begins so the truck does not block the driveway longer than necessary. The truck may then be moved near the Amish Barn while setup is completed.

For pickup, the tent and equipment should first be completely broken down and brought to the driveway. The truck may then be pulled forward for loading.

Jessica Renee will be onsite to receive the delivery and confirm the setup.
